All family members over the age of 18 need a criminal background check. In order to conduct a criminal background check, a cbc link will be sent to your email address (ID) as shown below. Please check your email address and the names of all family members over the age of 18. Once you receive the email, click on the link and you will be directed to clearstar's website and prompted to enter your name, date of birth, gender, and social security number.
