Student Admission Process

  1. Student submits
    1. Two year of student transcript
    2. acceptable English proficiency test scores
    3. student information and
    4. a copy of valid student passport.
  2. Upon the review of above information, we will recommend 2-3 U.S. schools for student’s enrollment.
  3. Student will submit
    1. AnB EducationTM student application as required
    2. required transcripts from student’s current school
    3. school application for selected school in the U.S.
    4. U.S. school application fee (varied by school) and
    5. program application fee of $600.00 U.S. dollar.
  4. We will then arrange the interviews of student and his/her parents.
  5. We will submit all the appropriate documents to the schools in the U.S. on the behalf of the student.
  6. Admission’s decision is rendered and received.
  7. Student submits I-20 application fee as instructed by us with the varied fee amounts from the schools.
  8. We will submit the I-20 fee to the schools.
  9. We receive the original I-20 from school with the copy of the I-20 sent to our agent in the country of the student by email.
  10. The deposit in the amount of $6,000.00 U.S. dollar will go toward our program fee from our agency in the country of the student and the original I-20 will be sent to the agency.
  11. Student obtains the F-1visa from the American Embassy in country of the student. If the student is unable to obtain the visa after 2 attempts, we will refund the program deposit fee.
  12. We will send the host family’s information to our agency 2-4 weeks before the start of school.
  13. Student will wire us the balance of the program fee and provides his/her arrival information.
  14. We send the final host family information as well as airport pick up confirmation.
  15. When the Student arrives he/she will meet the host family.
  16. Student will attend the orientation within 2 weeks of arrival.
  17. Local Coordinator (LC) is assigned to the student and the LC coordinates and communicates with the student and school.
  18. LC contacts student once a month and provides monthly report to parents. LC meets with the student every other month and the student activities are held twice a year.
  19. Academic support, tutoring and college consultation is available upon request for an additional fee.
  20. We will send the monthly report on the student to designated agencies and then given to the parents.
  21. We will assist the student during emergency situations.
